In-Home

All you need is a 10 x 10 foot space and Kim will bring the gym to you. If you have your own home gym or equipment, Kim will integrate your equipment into your sweaty sessions and educate you how to properly use your equipment.

On-Site

Have a favorite park or running trail? Kim will meet you there. Just because we live in Michigan doesn’t mean we can’t sweat outside year round! Remember, there is no such thing as bad workout weather-only a poorly dressed athlete!

If training in person doesn’t work for your current situation, online personal training sessions with Kim are a great alternative to on-site or in-home sessions. All you need is a reliable internet connection and Kim will virtually bring the gym to you.

Specialties

 

Senior Fitness

Kim loves to work with seniors and was a home health aide during her college years. Kim tailors plans specific to each client, but all senior clients have specific training integrated to reduce muscle atrophy and improve balance to minimize fall risk.

 

Sports Specific

Kim’s experience as a university-level coach make her an excellent choice for personal training when you’re unable to train with your team. Whether you are conditioning for track, soccer, basketball, or lacrosse, Kim has the education and experience to coach you to assist your team’s next victory.

Teen/Youth Fitness

Start ‘em while they’re young! Kim helps instill healthy habits at a young age by educating and making fitness fun. With the family add-on rate, training the entire family is a great way to spend quality, and sweaty, time together.

 

Running Plans + Coaching

Kim’s All-American track and field honors and experience as a university-level coach have gifted her the knowledge and experience to craft and coach running plans for a running event from a 100m dash to a marathon. Whether you’re a beginner runner or an elite athlete, Kim can help you cross the finish line to your next PR.

Weight Loss

Kim’s education in psychology and behavioral science lays a strong foundation that allows her to effectively coach her clients to overcome mental barriers, especially those involved in creating a healthy lifestyle for permanent body composition change.
